INTRODUCING THE FOUNDATION.
The first VAELO uniform: three essential forms developed in Black and Heather Grey. Foundation / Vol. 01 begins with the Foundation Hoodie, Foundation Sweatpant, and Foundation Tee.
MOVE WITH INTENTION.
VAELO begins with a single idea: clothing should be chosen deliberately and worn repeatedly. Move with intention is not a campaign line — it is the filter every decision passes through, from how a silhouette sits to how a garment is released.
Foundation / Vol. 01 is the first result of that filter. Three forms, two colorways, one size run, released as a single considered Volume rather than a constant stream of product.
WHY FOUNDATION COMES FIRST.
A foundation is the part of a wardrobe that does the most work and asks for the least attention. Before anything seasonal or experimental, VAELO needed a base layer of pieces that hold their shape, work together, and can be reordered without thinking.
That meant starting with weight, proportion, and finishing rather than novelty — and publishing the specification openly on every product page.
THE THREE FORMS.
Foundation / Vol. 01 uses relaxed, oversized silhouettes. Choose your usual size for the intended VAELO fit. Choose one size down for a closer fit.

Foundation Hoodie
The Foundation Hoodie is VAELO’s signature heavyweight layer, balancing an oversized silhouette with considered structure. Dropped shoulders, a double-layer hood, a clean pocketless front and tonal VA embroidery.

Foundation Sweatpant
The Foundation Sweatpant is a relaxed wide-leg essential designed to move comfortably through everyday life. The leg opening is left open — no elastic — so it breaks naturally over the shoe.

Foundation Tee
The Foundation Tee is a substantial everyday layer with an oversized, boxy silhouette. Designed to be worn alone or as part of the Foundation uniform.

BLACK AND HEATHER GREY.
Vol. 01 publishes two colorways only. Black carries tonal embroidery and print so the branding reads as texture rather than contrast. Heather Grey does the same in a lighter register, showing the surface of the terry and the depth of the stitching.
Both colorways are offered across XS to XXL in a unisex fit, and every garment is garment-dyed and pre-shrunk so it settles rather than distorts.
THE PREORDER APPROACH.
Foundation / Vol. 01 is produced through a preorder rather than a speculative bulk run. Pieces are made to the quantities actually ordered, which keeps the specification uncompromised and avoids producing garments nobody asked for.
Production is expected to take approximately 8–12 weeks after the preorder closes. Payment is collected when the preorder is placed, updates are sent by email throughout production, and worldwide delivery available.
