Cancellations & Order Changes

Foundation / Vol. 01 orders will be prepared for shipment after purchase once ordering opens. Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by contacting support@madebyvaelo.com with the order number.

After the 24-hour cancellation period, orders may already be prepared for shipment and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.

Requests to change a size, color, or shipping address must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been prepared for shipment.

If VAELO cancels an order or is unable to fulfill an item, the affected customer will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

Submitting a request does not confirm that an order has been changed or cancelled. A change or cancellation is confirmed only after written confirmation from VAELO Support.
