When you place an order, checkout and payment are processed by Shopify. Order details — including name, shipping address, and payment information — are collected and processed by Shopify on our behalf. VAELO does not directly store your payment card details.

If you join the VAELO ID list, we collect your email address to send preorder access, product updates, and production notices. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send.

If you contact us through the contact form or by email, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email address, and message — in order to respond to your request.

To request access to, or deletion of, the personal information we hold about you, email support@madebyvaelo.com.
