Shipping & Delivery

VAELO offers worldwide delivery.

Foundation / Vol. 01 is a preorder collection and will not ship immediately. Production is expected to take approximately 8–12 weeks after the preorder closes. This timeframe is an estimate and may change due to production, quality-control, carrier, customs, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers will receive production updates by email and a shipping confirmation with tracking once the order has been dispatched.

Shipping rates and available delivery services are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges required by the destination country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless checkout explicitly states otherwise.

International delivery times can vary due to customs processing and local carrier conditions. VAELO cannot guarantee delivery dates after an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Address-change requests should be sent to support@madebyvaelo.com as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If a package is returned because of an incomplete address, delivery refusal, unpaid customs charges, or failed delivery attempts, additional shipping costs may be required before it can be sent again.
