What is included in Foundation / Vol. 01?+
Foundation / Vol. 01 includes the Foundation Hoodie, Foundation Sweatpant, and Foundation Tee in Washed Black and Heather Grey. Sizes range from XS through XXL.
When will my preorder ship?+
Production is expected to take approximately 8–12 weeks after the preorder closes. This is an estimated timeframe, not a guaranteed delivery date. Customers will receive updates during production and tracking when the order ships.
Do you ship to my country?+
VAELO offers worldwide delivery. Available shipping services and rates are displayed at checkout. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, and other destination-country charges.
When am I charged?+
Payment is collected in full when the preorder is placed.
Can I cancel my preorder?+
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by emailing support@madebyvaelo.com. After that period, the order may already be included in production planning and cannot ordinarily be cancelled.
Can I return a preorder?+
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of confirmed delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with their original tags and packaging. Review the complete Returns & Exchanges policy for details.
Can I exchange my size?+
Because Foundation / Vol. 01 is produced through a single preorder run, direct exchanges depend on availability once the preorder window closes and cannot be guaranteed. Contact support@madebyvaelo.com for assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?+
Contact support@madebyvaelo.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.
How does Foundation / Vol. 01 fit?+
The collection uses relaxed, oversized silhouettes. Select your usual size for the intended fit or size down for a closer fit. Consult the product-specific size guide before ordering.
